Jack Stonehouse Devon Charcoal Black Manual Awning for Patio - 3m x 2.5m

Our modern Manual Awnings are the perfect garden addition to your outdoor dining, seating, or hot tub area and ideal for keeping you and your guests shaded from the sun or protected from the rain. This retractable awning extends your home into your garden and can be easily extended and retracted in or out via the hand crank.

EASY MANUAL OPERATION: easy to operate manual crank handle for simple opening and closing.

ADJUSTABLE PROTECTION: Supplied with a pre-set pitch angle that is considered ideal for most installations. However, the pitch angle can be easily adjusted to tailor the offered sunshade, this feature is particularly useful for non-standard door height installation or when there is a step out the door.

HIGH QUALITY DURABLE MATERIAL: Made from 280g PU coated polyester fabric, the canopy is shower resistant, fade resistant and UV resistant. Shielding you from both light showers and harsh sunlight, creating the perfect environment to enjoy the outdoors. Overnight and during heavier showers, we recommend to always retract the canopy.

ALUMINIUM SUPPORT BRACKET: The lightweight bracket makes the frame stronger and more stable, resulting in a smoother opening and closing.

MOUNTING HEIGHT: It’s important to take into consideration the awnings drop area before installation. If mounting above a door frame, please leave at least 8 inches above the door. Can be secured to reinforced to concrete, brick with the included materials.

We also recommend purchasing an awning cover to prevent damage and to keep your awning protected, available here: Awning Cover 3m

Please note, this manual awning requires some self-assembly. If mounting above a patio door, ensure there is at least 8" (eight inches) of clearance above the door frame. The ideal drop angle has been pre-set to a 15% slope, however the awning drop is adaptable to suit your needs.

To avoid damage to the awning please do not leave the canopy extended unattended overnight or throughout extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain and strong winds.  Please note: Any third-party repairs or tampering may void the warranty.
