How do I sign into my account?

On the ‘my account’ page (found at the footer of the home page), go to ‘already registered?’ and fill in your log in details.

How do I track my order?

Please send us an email us and we will do our best to track down your order and rectify any issues if necessary. You can find our details on the 'contact us’ page.

How do I shop the directory?

You can use the menu bars to look through all of our categories and product types or use the search bar to look for a particular item.

How do I see more product details?

On the product page you'll see tabs at the bottom of the images, toggle through each of these for specifications, delivery info, reviews, etc.

Why is there an item in my shopping bag which I can't buy?

This could be an IT issue with our website, please call in to let us know and we will fix this ASAP. If you're struggling to order any item simply let us know what it is you'd like to buy and we can do this for you over the phone. You can find the details for our friendly customer service team on the ‘contact us’ page.

How do I reset my password?

On the ‘my account’ page (found at the footer of the home page), select ‘forgot password’ at the log in box and then follow the provided steps to create a new password.

I have received a faulty item / my item has become faulty

Simply call or email our service team and they will be happy to assist further - you can find these details on the ‘contact us’ page. We also have a handy call back option on our automated system if our phone line is busy.

How do I search for a product?

Type in the product name or product number (also known as the SKU) in the search bar, press enter, and start shopping!
