The Two-Minute Breakfast Smoothie
Perfect smoothie solution for any busy bees, use 1 banana, 1 tbsp of porridge oats, 150ml of milk, 1 tsp of honey, 1tsp of vanilla extract and 80g of soft fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or mango) to whizz up this super healthy, low fat breakfast smoothie!
Method
STEP 1 – Chop your banana and 80g of soft fruit
STEP 2 – Place all ingredients into your Nutri Personal Blender and blend for one minute until smooth
STEP 3 – Pour your breakfast smoothie into glasses or save on the washing up and simply replace the blender lid for your spill proof, sip, and seal, lid.

Green Goodness Smoothie
Packed with plenty of nutritious ingredients including 160g of strawberries, 160g of baby spinach, 1 small avocado, 150ml of bio yogurt, and 2 small oranges plus ½ tsp of finely grated zest!
Method
STEP 1 – Prep your ingredients but halving and scooping your avocados, peeling the skin from your small oranges (don’t forget to grate some zest) and removing the stalks from tour ripe strawberries.
STEP 2 – Put all of the ingredients into your Jack Stonehouse blender and whizz until completely smooth
*Top Tip – if it’s a little thick add a small amount of of cold water and then blend again
STEP 3 – Pour into your glasses of choice and enjoy. Top with blueberries for additional goodness!

Berry-Good Smoothie
Bursting with tonnes of flavour and nutrition this smoothie is a popular option for any sweet tooth smoothie lovers. Packed with 450g of frozen berries, 450g of fat-free strawberry yogurt, 100ml of milk, 25g of porridge oats, and 2 tsp of honey (optional).
Method
STEP 1 – Correctly measure your ingredients and add all except your porridge oats into your Blender
STEP 2 – Blend smoothie for around one minute until smooth – if smoothie is too thick add a dash more milk into your blender
STEP 3 – Add your porridge oats into the blender and then stir through by hand
STEP 4 – Pour into four glasses and serve with a drizzle of sweet honey – if you like!
You can also use this blender to finely chop ingredients, blend delicious soups, and even to make sauces, giving you plenty of ways to use it for different recipes.
